Granite 80 amp esc help

just picked up a off brand 80amp esc and a 3660 3300kv motor any way the paper work for the esc say's not to use the default for the lipo cutoff which is 3.1 it has 3.1 2.9 2.7 it say's the 3.1 is non protection so what should I do? thanks

I set mine to 3, this is working voltage not standing voltage, once it hits 3v under load it will turn off, you will find then that the standing voltage is closer to 3.7v when you go to storage the lipo after the run.

so I guess I will set it to the 3.1 I do have the program card the lowest is 2.7 thanks.
