Anyone had luck with Ovonic customer support?

Hey everyone.

I have an Ovonic X1 charger and feel like it's behaving strangely. Tried to contact their support several times - no reply. Sent both direct email and a message through their website.
Anyone had luck contacting Ovonic? Are they that bad when it comes to customer support? Perhaps someone has an idea how to reach them.

If you bought it from Amazon try reaching out on there, they are required to reply in X amount of hours or something like that I think.

Ehh, I bought it directly from ampow.com. Which I guess is their official site. Tried the form there and [email protected] with no luck.

i would try to get ahold of them through amazon if they don't reply through their e mail, if they still don't write back i would write it in a review lol bet than they answer

Funny, but they got back to me today. Hopefully I can have a conversation with them now.
