My Arrma Kraton controller flashes red all the time after switching on and it is completely new. What is the problem?

I also have a new Sanwa Rx-391 an the sanwa mx-6 controll. I can only connect the Sanwa Mx-6 to the receiver every 10 minutes, which is all strange and I have no idea.
What could be the Problem between these Parts.
