Not much, considering it's condition.

The tires are old school t-maxx 3.2" 14mm hex.

vent the tires and stick on a BLX 4x4. Spin out the water and then if you don't find fun, throw em away

Give it away. Lol. It looks real bastardized. Stuff missing. Like 4 shocks. Hpi going through big changes. Odd are parts won’t be available to fix it up anyway.

I’ve had a few through the years. In its day it was a great truck!!

I think if it was mine I’d Frankenstein a brushless motor on it a speed control receiver those tires and rims then send it! It wouldn’t be that bad. It could be a lot of fun.
