Granite Clicking noise

I have a granite voltage converted to 3s brushless but now I hear clicking sound from rear dog bone..there not bent I put new bearings in.. I have metal input drive shaft cups on the rear instead of the stock plastic ones..could someone be some help with the clicking noise

Rear diff ring gear? Input gear? Likely one of those is stripped.

Probably lost some teeth inside the diff, probably on the sun gears. They are tiny and basically made of pot metal.
