Limitless Dual motor wiring

I'm putting dual motors in my 787 and was wondering about how to wire the escs to the receiver, I have a y harness for escs but not sure how to go from there... Does one control both or do they run stand alone from each other.. any help will be appreciated

The signals from the receiver still tell each ESC what to do simultaneously on a Y-cable. After you wire it up and go through the radio binding setup (neutral, forward, reverse setup) each receiver will be in sync.
There is a debate on whether or not to disable the red power lead from one of the ESC’s or allow them to both send power to the receiver. From my understanding, if both were left “live” to the receiver it would essentially just be a parallel power supply, but some have told of potential issues with the ESC’s doing it that way.
Somebody smartier than me please chime in on this.
