Flat Granite tire

[6mm Lapua]

So I just put a set of Granite tires on my Big Rock and this happened. The tire is glued to the rim well, I’m assuming the foam insert split apart. This a common problem?

Ya I’m still puzzled how it was possible for the foam to do that
