Order a new front axle, they come as a pair. so you will have a spare. Hold on to the pin and hex adapter, you will need them. I think they are 10 95 plus shipping at Horizon.
Wait...is it a 2WD truck or 4x4?

Send a picture and be prepared to start buying spare parts. Look at the exploded view that came with the truck if you have it. If you don’t you can go on Arrmas website select your vehicle and then you should be able to bring up that view. It will have all part numbers and should help you.

I see! My experience is only with the 2wd and a grandson who loves to use curb as ramps. Front stub axle right across the pin hole.

Try to re-screw back with blue locktite. Or change the nut lock. Could be the nylon wear off alredy.
