Granite Having Performance issue with granite voltage. turns on fine wheels turn fine, put it on the grond and it barely moves.

I'm Trying to fix my nephew's rc car it has lack of power issue, will barely move on the carpet and won't go over small bumps. I've replaced the idler gear new motor, and I've put a 2s lipo in it, and there is still no real difference in performance. The car it self is just a standard granite voltage brushed version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome. Are you sure the slipper clutch is set up properly? Look at the blow up diagram. Make sure all the pads and pieces are installed correctly.

Thanks for the response tried your suggestion hasn't helped at all. Could it be the esc at all? I really have know idea at this stage.
