Hot racing fans connector.

I bought these fans for my xL typhn build and I’m stuck on whether to use an ec3 to go with the lipo I bought for them. Now what I want to do, I want to hook up to the balance lead instead is there one that is ready to solder how do I go about this please help thanks.

I'm having a huge brain fart and I can't remember. I want to say yes but I would just touch the fan wires to the wires and see which 2 of the 3 spin the fans in the right direction just be sure not to let the ends touch.
