Sorry for the issues, but it can be saved

The motor we do not have any pics, but I have been able to Dremel out those screws on the caps where the motor shaft comes out. Those small screws on the back cap that take a 1.5 hex are just damn soft and can strip easily. Those can also be removed, but I had to order spares and keep them on hand. Always good to add some heat to those motor screws before removing.

If you can save the motor and it is not burned out, get the bad screws out, change the motor bearings, and clean the inner magnets. Keep rocking the same motor.

I'm not sure if there is an issue with the ESC. Keep using it if it works. A V5 is not that old if it has been cared for.
