Kraton Kraton axle play?

is it normal to have a little side to side , in and out and up and down movement on the axles. Everything seems to be intact by looking at . All movement is the same on both sides. The rear axles only have a little side to side movement. Everything is tight as far as connectors are concerned. Is there something else I should be checking? Thanks guys....TAZZZZ

I did put shims between the outer bearings and hubs. Not tight though so there's tiny bit of lateral play.
