The 1/16 scale doesn't break that much because it's so light. You have to really beat on them. Same with most other 1/16 like the redcat volcano.

Parts are easy to find for the 1/16. Many upgrades. You can upgrade to all metal driveline, brushless motor and esc, paddel tires, etc.

The 1/10 is a little heavier, but also very strong. I have broken it by wheeling my senton full speed into it. Broke a front a-arm, and snapped a cvd at the joint . I 3d printed an arm in a flexible material, and bought all the parts you see off Amazon for like $30. I haven't tested the 3d printed a-arm much, so there is a chance it could be weaker, but there are tons of spares.

Parts are a little harder to find for this, but this is what I found. You can also use DEERC 9200E parts, they are the same truck.

I just checked the battery levels and voltages, they still look good!

Edit: I can hold it for you if you want.

I would hate to ask you to hold them. But I will. 😆 Yea man for sure will get them then. Cool. It'll give me a little time to learn about them more.

**Also u see the used to be friend that got me into this. He had a mini-t brushless. It would rip and tough as nails.

Yeah, i'm gonna buy my friend's, he has a stock one, and one for parts. I'll sell the stock one to my other friend, then use the one for parts to fix it up. When it's ready and done, I could probably sell it for around $100-$125 with about 3/4 of a stock redcat. Here is the build thread on it, I gave up on it though.
