Loving the new 2.8mm Proline Trenchers. Some quick wheel well widening and the truck is ready to bash. Also needed to change the stock hex from 14mm to a 12mm hex set ?

Awesome, thank you. These are the belted ones, I hope the ballooning will be limitedI did the same with my truck it’s awesome. Make sure to put thicker diff fluids in because those tires will balloon a lot.

The stock Senton wheel and tire combo is just too small. I had considerable wear after about 25-30 runs. I cant wait to try out this setup, I just put them on today ?I was staring at the picture of those tires for like 5 minutes trying to figure out why the Trenchers were so much bigger than the stock tires, then I realized they were SCT tires for the Senton and not the MT tires off the Granite
Stock diff weight at the moment, havnt run the truck with new tire setup yet, got them on today ?Diff weight
Yeah pretty much all SCT wheel/tires are too small for bashing. I have 2 short course trucks and they get driven the least out of all of my vehicles because they aren't really that fun to drive. The stock Senton wheel and tire combo is just too small. Awesome, I just picked up some Lucas Oil 37.5 weight oil. I was hoping to use it in the front and rear, but many another weight for the rear would be better. If you do end up switching diff fluids try running 30-40k in the front and 20k in the rear that’s what I run in my granite but your situation will be different with the belted tires.
