Newbie building a Limitless roller - do I need to buy a servo horn?

I'm a newbie in the midst of planning my first build - a Limitless. I saw the page - https://www.arrma-rc.com/en/product/1-7-limitless-v2-speed-bash-roller/ARA7116V2.html and it doesn't say about servo horn. Does it come with it? ChatGPT said no horn comes with the roller. But I thought I saw the top-view image that shows a horn, but I just wanna confirm.

If it does come with one, do I get a better one like this one - https://www.amazon.com/Aluminum-Outcast-Notorious-Limitless-Infraction/dp/B095LMVDC8 for high speed bashing?

Here's my shopping list so far.
* TP 4070 2200kV
* 19T to 32T pinion gear M1 5mm set - so that I can tweak around
* EcoPower WP110S Cored Waterproof High Speed Metal Gear Digital Servo ECP-110S
* Mamba XLX2 ESC
* Not sure about 4S LiPos yet

Must I need a high continuous discharge LiPo like 75C? I heard discharge rate is just a marketing ploy.

I had to get a different horn because my servo had 15t.
