Paint for Painting Outside of Felony Body

Wanting to paint the very bottom body skirts on my black Felony. Light sanding then primer for base. Krylon makes a flex paint. Anyone ever tried this to the stock body?

Just use Tamiya TS paint.. you can use PS55 flat clear as a base coat first

Would there be any need to rough up first before the clear?

Can do, but not really needed.
This is painted on the outside with PS55 then TS paint, I gave it a light rub with a worn out scotch brite first ..
