does anyone know why they have discontinued the shock boots for the 6S Mojave (ARAC8999)?

Those were poorly wrong made boots. They fold on themselves. They were discontinued and replaced by the correct ones who move with the shaft and actually block the dirt out.

They got discontinued after complains. You can see clearly how they were wrongly made. They came up with new cars for all the vehicles. The cars came with the correct ones. But the part numbers in the manual didnt match the factory part. I never changed the boots on all of my shocks for this very reason. Might do now
