Smooth edges for new body

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

So I decided to purchase a new body for my son's Arrma. I have some rough edges and parts on the body that are rough due to cutting it to shape. Can I use sand paper? If so what grit should I use? Thanks in advance!

120 should work, by any chance do you have a Dremel with a sanding drum, that would work even better.
