You don't really need the shroud. I'm trying to remember if that fan is 30mm or 25mm but there are numerous options on Amazon and Ebay in that size. So you can always buy the appropriate sized fan and a fan grill and be just fine. I'll try to get some links here when I get home.

If you want something a bit better this fan comes with a 2 pin JST connector, the stock fan uses a 3 pin JST connector, they are compatible but you have to plug the wires into the proper 2 pins on the esc or the receiver. Alternatively if you bought it new and still have the receipt Arrma does have a 2 year warranty, I am not sure if they would cover physical damage like that though. You can always try worst they can say is no.
