Still wobbly after tire rotation

I figured my tire was wobbly, I swapped them around, the front left of my 3s is still wobbly after rotating them. Now I know it's not the tire thats wobbly or the bearing. What can it be, what am I not seeing, missing? I saw another thread about the stub, what and where is that?

The stub is the actual stub axle that the wheel bolts on to. The stub axles often get bent on 3s rigs.

Take the wheels off, put the truck on a stand supporting the chassis, and turn the truck on. Run it slowly and look at the axle. It will likely be bent and wobbling.

Thank you very much. That was very help. It was the wheel axle that wheel is attached too that is bent a little.
