Tamiya build help!

Working on my first Tamiya kit Mf-01x VW
I have the bearing kit but a bit confused. It came with 4 bearings, 2 flanged and 2 non flanged.

Does it matter where the flanged ones go? Do I still need the plastic b2 spacers?

Figured it out. On the chassis the inner bearings have an indent that fits the flange.

So I got to the final page of the build and found out that this is where Tamiya thought they should add the note on how to place the flanged bearing.
