Typhon 1/18 scale grom leaked chassis?

I am going to guess all these "mini's" are going to have plastic satellite gears?

Fingers crossed the Typhon goes straight to metal.

not gonna happen. It's the RTR way. Use cheap stuff so the buyer gets your fancy upgrade parts. I could see the GROM 2.0 line-up having better diffs tho.

Not my favorite way but if they make them available I'd be happy. Didn't happen with the ecx I was just stuck with plastic. I actually emailed them and asked if the internal gears were the same between the stock diff and the upgraded oil filled ones but instead of telling me the answer they just told me the internal gears weren't available separately. I asked again to clarify what I meant so we'll see but I bet it's the same and only sealed better to contain the oil.

Yep same internal gears. Also the motor I got lined up isn't a 2838 only a 2435. 4800kv, just looked to up my old order, no wonder it screamed on 3s.
