Typhon Typhon mega 550 won't go forward

I have a typhone mega 550. I recently drove it and after switching the batteries (nimh). After I put in a fully charged battery i turned on the transmitter then powered on the car and as soon as i did the car reversed with out touching the controller and beeped then It did it again a second later. The car only reverses and turns left and right. I binged the esc and reset the slt3 transmitter and I still have the same problem how do I fix this

Ensure throttle switch on tx is not set to reverse position. Try calibrating throttle again.

I would try calibrating real quick, and if that doesn't fix it, I'd guess the esc took a dump.. not uncommon, it's a very inexpensive esc as far as esc's go, went thru a couple in my kids cars

I'll add you may want to check the batteries in the transmitter..... I've had those exact symptoms with marginal AA's in the transmitter, replaced them and everything worked fine.
