Nice build! Let us know how that S9120BL servo performs. I’m shopping for a stock replacement myself. I have the same ESC with 1100kv. and it rips with 30/47 gearing.

Thanks man! Of course, it’s so much more powerful than S6510.. unbreakable, but it’s NEW.. we will find out in the future..

not felt the need to do anything to my kraton 8s rtr its a beast right out the box apart from putting a 26t pinion on and turning the punch up. new to 8s models though and only ran it 5 times still getting used to the weight and size of the thing

It always amazes me how people can be so different and enjoy the samething so differently. I have the same combo in my k8s but 31/39 and everything below that felt bad to me. Even my o8s is 36/47 with 1070kv

It really comes down to how we use them I guess, and where of course. I'm still rockin the stock motor in my Xmaxx. Max 6, default punch setting, currently running 17/50, loving it. Any more speed and it would be off the track at every turn, heck I don't even hit top speed with that setup!! Sounds crazy to be running an Xmaxx on a track I know, but get a couple of them out there and it is fun IMO. If I were running an open field or parking lot, different story for sure. I like the challenge of navigating a course more I guess. An added bonus is the fact that my X is nearly 2 years old and I haven't actually had to even open a diff much less rebuild or upgrade them. Hoping to experience the same luck with an O8S soon!!

* EXB CNC 7075 T6 Aluminum
- CNC Steering set
- CNC Front Rear Suspension Hanger
- CNC Rear Front Suspension Hanger
- CNC Servo Saver Axle

I cannot find photos of these parts fully installed on the truggy. Basically want the finish result look like. Thanks for the help.

How do you fit a pinion that big on the Outcast? The 30 is about max with the stock mount. I have the 39 spur but have been too lazy to install it.
