Vorteks Which body should i run?????

Putting together a swb 4s ride,can't decide on body to run..typhon,notorious, or vortek..noto body will rub when turning around..im leaning towards vortek....what you all think

I am also thinking about putting a Vendetta body on 1/8 swb chassis. The narrowest suspension is senton6. @vwturbowolf do you think the senton6s suspension would clear vendetta body???senton6 suspension is about 1/2 inch wider than detta suspension on each side..think i I could make it work before I buy a detta body??

I’ll measure the body width and how wide mine is with the foams. They stick out farther then grp.
I did just find today that the senton 3s hubs are a hair skinnier then the typhon and vendetta ones.

thats good to know,im running the non ajustable hubs i had senton3 hubs from my parts box i had..same size bearings in both hubs?looks like about 1/4 in diffrence between 2 hubs...me running the narrower hubs should give me more room to fit vendetta body 1/8 swb chassis..would make senton6 about 3/8ths in wider on each side compared to stock vendetta

The vendetta body is 250mm from fender edge to fender edge

That's like 9.8inchs...
My mini typhon with detta suspension is like 10 an half inches outside of tires at hex..
Senton6 suspension is like 11 an half inchs..

You might be better off with a 1/8 scale delta body like my carbon fc100 body on my wide one

If I can fit vendetta body on swb 1/8 then I could use tp5660 and xlx or xlx2 under detta body....tons of torque with vendetta aerodynamics should product some good #s..

I’ll go take more measurements shorty. Not sure how to mount a 5660 but that would be killer.

The rear, outer edge of each tire comes in at 9 7/8
Front is the same with the stock hubs.
I just switched the senton hubs I had and now the front is 1/4 inch skinnier.
Length is right at 13.25

It's a speedcar,I mostly speedrun.got noto an vortex body ill be using sooner or later.went with the Typhon body for now....Easiest to mount for testing then I think I'll run vortek body after I get car running straight an consistent..she's ready for 1st pass soon as whether cooperates..
