YouTube Short FPS from Iphone

Has anyone created a 120-240fps YT short lately with section of slowed frame rate? Any 30-60fps clips load immediately along with removing any section of slowed 120-240fps doesn't give me the loading circle of eternity.

Just curious if this is local or not. May need to use my software to modify frame rate instead of IOS.

Yup it works for me. Just uploaded this from iPhone 12.

This just spins on when it's embedded but if you follow it to YT it runs fine with Slow Mo. Might be a YT thing?
