You can try super glue or gorilla glue. I haven't had mine back out since I did that

that's a little risky as if you ever wanna replace it how da fuk you gonna get it back out? you'll have to replace the whole assembly that holds the pillow ball in place...

For now i'll locktite it if it backs out again i'll replace the arm, if that backs out too then i'll CA glue that sum female dog in place and say screw it lol
