Its funny how a 170mph speedrun seems only about average nowadays lol.. That road is a proper racetrack, you can see he's running near the pit lane exit and the 100 meter braking marker so it should have good smooth pavement for sure.. I always thought the best place for a RC speedrun would be a good long racetrack straightaway, much better than a runway for just that reason, much smoother pavement. Big planes need long smooth runways, but not necessarily a very smooth asphalt mix.
The body looks sexy, I love the design and its obviously fast. I'm not trying to take anything away from it, but the DP FC100, currently at 219mph with James, can be bought for 120 bucks and is readily available. That's a tough combo to beat. Having said that at some point I'll probably buy one of these bodies myself, I like the design that much
