Hello, does anyone know if there are alternatives to the two articles mentioned in the subject? Maybe also made of metal?

Hi Martin. It would be helpful if you could lead by actually telling us what parts they are, and not just a part number that requires us to look it up before helping.
There are tons of options for alloy or aftermarket servo mounts. Scorched, Basher Queen, Arrma EXB, etc. Have you looked on EBay or Amazon, or at your local LHS?
ESC mounts as well, many in carbon fibre and many for specific upgraded ESC’s.
Do some shopping, man!

Thanks for the information! I live in Germany and am always looking for parts where I can order here. But the way I see it, I have to order from America and England more often...

Check out POS Racing they are located in Germany I can't remember if they make an esc mount or battery tray though.

An ESC mount can always be fabbed easy enough, if need be. Use whatever material you want. Alloy etc.
I prefer Plastic or CF sheets. It's lighter and does the same job. Adding needless weight to your chassis just works against you. Alloy parts do add up in weight. Some alloys are needed, like the Servo mounts etc. Even EXB's or Typhon's TLRT will suffice. If looking for that shiny Bling, that's your $call$. Honestly, you can't even see the ESC mount when installed. I find the stocker plastic ESC mount fine for 90% of my Rigs. I mod them if need be for my Upgrade ESC's.
