Arrma 1/10 Gorgon 2wd RC Monster Truck (Yellow) ARA3230ST1

Hey Guys,
I recently purchased a Arrma 1/10 Gorgon 2wd RC Monster Truck (Yellow) ARA3230ST1 for my son. All going well today until the rear drive stopped working and now the motor sounds but no drive engagement.
I am new to the RC space and can fix most things, but not sure where to start to fix.

Welcome aboard! I don’t have a Gorgon, but have you checked the slipper clutch? Tighten her up a bit and see.

Yep check the slipper clutch & while the cover is off check the pinion grub screw.

For some reason the motor has shifted slightly and the motor was not engaging with the slipper clutch. I moved slightly, re-tightened the screws and its all back up and running.

I would put blue thread lock on those screws.

Also make sure you set your gear mesh properly or it will destroy the gears.
