Kraton Brand new Kraton 6s makes grinding noise right out of the box! Is this normal??

I was for sure blown away when I ran mine for the first time! Still am as it is only a few days old. Sent it flying high today only to break the rear hub and wing mount! Replaced the rear hub with aluminum and ordered several back up wing mounts!
