That’s awesome @bicketybam, I love Christmas decorations. I grew up in a house that was always decked out at Christmas but we are still acquiring our decorations....mostly dollar store stuff right now....

You can get some spray from the pet store. We sprayed it on ours because the kitten was climbing it but she stays away from it now. Not sure what it is but it doesn’t have a smell after the initial spray.

Get a Blue Spruce. Back when I had indoor cats, that was the only way I could keep them out of the tree. Pain is a good demotivator... Plus it will keep the kids from messing with the ornaments too...

They’re not decorations but when the last cats we had (both sadly departed now) were kittens they seemed to think they were Christmas tree ornaments.

Awww! That's adorable I have a Bullmastiff puppy coming next week. Should be fun trying to keep her out of my Christmas village!

Do you collect clocks and repair them?

I have a small collection, actually I have one more that's not in the picture. The cuckoo clock closest to the tree is probably the "newest" one out of the bunch.

I don't repair and know little about their workings, but have a couple good friends (father and son) that do collect in large scale and repair them. That's actually we're I've gotten most of mine.

Just love the sound of the tick tocking and other sounds that come with an old clock. Something very satifiying amoung all the technology of today.

I was at Walmart yesterday and was looking at the models as you have. I seen this post early Friday and love how you have set your town, but was looking and saw one building that was a Walmart store. For some reason your post stuck in my head... Merry Christmas
