Dx5 rugged with SR315 - servo not working?!?

Askin for a friend

Replaced his STX2 for a Dx5-Rugged with SR315
He says he calibrated it right..
* Throttle working without problems

Servo (also new) is in CH1 - wont work at all
Servo (old one) is in CH1 - work like it should

Servo (new one) is in different truck - works like it should

So,

* Servo isnt broken
* CH1 isnt broken

Whats the catch here?

As in 22ms to 11ms?

He did that.. Didnt work either

Hm, I thought it was at 11 or lower... 22 should work on all servos ?‍

I have a receiver from spektrum that channels for throttle and esc are backwards from what the manual says. It is an AR6100AT. I have an SR315 that works as advertised.

Make sure the rx is bound in 22ms if it isn't a digital, and double check the plug orientation. If a servo works in the rx port then there's nothing wrong with the rx, it's all in the suspected servo.
