Thought I would share a few concerns with the chassis. On a positive note the carbon appears to lay perfectly flat and layers look flawless. I was told (after artival)he was out of the correct hardware for the front brace so he shipped the in correct hardware. So you maybe you will get lucky and get the correct hardware.

I had a supervisor, my new kitten that adopted me. Yes me, he ran inside our home no collar or chip.

I had some of his cf stuff on one of my rigs at one point out of the 2 shock towers, wings for the steering knuckles, Ackerman plate, servo mount and the top plate the top plate and front shock tower are the only bits that survived.

Carbon sheets are less money on Amazon if you want to cut your own. Just buy the front aluminum suspension mount (kicked up) from Scorched.
I think your super cute kitten had the right idea. “Just come in the house, cut your own chassis and order the front mount.” Cats are so smart it’s scary sometimes…

Agreed , I don't own the proper tools. And crooked lines and small flaws would drive me more insane.

You need a jigsaw with a diamond tile cutting blade and a drill with some metric drill bits. If not, the eBay one will probably be acceptable with some mods.

Yeah, pretty much anything that falls out of a Scorched box is porn for RC guys.
I regret buying the hinge pin blocks instead of the m2c ones but that's the only part I had a problem with. Love the towers too  (y)

What did you have a problem with, the plastic pills?

Yep, busted them on like the 2nd real bash I had and then had to replace them with the spares that weren't the same. I'm expecting to bust those at some point too. If I could go back in time I definitely wouldn't have bought em.

Well, my fingers are crossed. My are on on-road cars only, so hopefully they’ll be ok. I got them only so I could reduce the extreme rear toe angle a bit.

Those are meant more for the on road cars or for racing. The TLR Typhon has the same issue if you bash it.
