Firma 150 ESC Connectors

Just got a Firma 150 ESC set up and it has the dual plugs as we all know--I want to cut that one plug off and just use 1--the one thing Im not sure of is the grey wire (smart wire) Im guessing it is, will it hurt anything to jut cut that off and don't worry about it, Im not using spectrum smart anything!!! Anyone have a guide on how they did it! thanks

Just cut it off. Its the same as not using smart batteries. Cut is short and maybe put some heatshrink on the end of it

Do you have a photo of this or is there any video that shows how to do it? I am a complete newbie.
