Picked this up. Going to be my one and only. Going to be a slow enjoyable clean/rebuild. Going to get it back to close to stock.

Disassembled and scrubbed every piece as best I could.

Missing a piece to mount the front bumper from the original owner, so this bumper is staying on for now.

Won't turn left. No throttle or reverse.

I can't get the ESC into programming mode either.
