Help understanding spring rates

What do the numbers translate to? Are the “65mm” and “75mm” the overall length in their relaxed state? What about “gf/mm”?

If memory serves, someone did a really nice layout with all the spring part numbers, spring rates, lengths and some other info, I'm sure someone here has it on hand???

Here's what I know about springs. They all perform a function. If one lets lose in your mattress it can be uncomfortable. If one lets go in your pogo stick it can be damaging. If one lets go in your head, no worries.
