Do they make 25t servo spine from a 15t servo insert like the 1/10 servo saver from hot racing has for different types of servo splines

I have never seen one. 15T is typically 1/5 scale servo size.
 
Even if you could find one, why? Why not just run the proper toothed servo horn? You can get whatever you need for $10.00 on the interwebs.
