How to contact rpm? Two emails sent no reply.

Sent to emails no reply. The emails were sent through the website and of course I couldn’t attach pix the program only accepts pix I don’t have on my phone. I just might have to give them a call.
Anyway I broke a rear bumper support on my xmaxx.

They require that you to mail in the broken part and a letter explaining what happened.

Have you checked your junkmail folder?
I got respond from them and it landed as junkmail
