Today was my first run on the mt2.8. yes they do rub a bit but sheesh I hit a curb and this was the result. This is also the tire thats been wobbling bad. Isn't this the axle arm?

That part will slide back together with out any problems... Why do you think its broken?
 
Only the steering block is broken... Axle shaft looks fine... The bearing ride inside the steering block and should be fine. The axle is designed in 2 pieces to slip as the suspension articulates through its sycle over bumps and jumps.

I still don't see a broken composite slider shaft. Maybe I'm missing something
