Hi, good people of AF!

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts regarding material for rims on a 3S vehicle? I know most rims are made of nylon, or some sort of composite, but I was wondering if it would be worth a shot to make some in HDPE1000?
We don't have much nylon at work, but alot of HDPE1000.

As long as the wheel is rigid enough without being Brittle, should work. Try it out and see. I know nothing about Printing....

This would be machined. Not printed 😊 PE is a little soft, it's the same material as in your plastic cutting boards in the kitchen. But it's not brittle at all, really durable.
