The 5th picture is the piece that I had to cut from the motor fan heatsink for it to fit. The 6th picture is the donor vehicle that's waiting on a hobbywing combo in the mail. I also have the 29t "spool"(spur) gear for the limitless on the way.

The batteries I'm running are 120c 4100mah 4s packs that are smaller than most 2s packs.

I only have the 27t pinion so far because I have no idea what else to run. It will be 27/29 gearing. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Just waiting for my motor and I'll have the same setup in my Limitless, why the 29 tooth spool and not the stock 34?

I always go down in spur size before I go up in pinion. keeps the motor as close to center as possible, expands the range of usable gearing and makes for far less rotational mass.

That makes sense lve been waiting almost a month for the spool spacer set so that l could make another spear not sure what size to try tho

Got this today. right now its overdriven at 35/34. I think that still only puts me at a 3.21 ratio which I think is still slower than 6s 2200kv with 27/34. My 29T spool gear should be here tomorrow which puts me at a 2.74 ratio which should be far too fast....which is perfect.
