This is the plan. We moved the two walls on the sides out flush to make it square
And it is flipped meaning garage will be on left side
Stall #3 is mine all mine? rc work shop. If you wrench on um long enough on the kitchen table your wife will buy you a garage???

Have you heard of hempcrete? It’s the building material of the future, probably too late to consider for the house but it’s a good option for a garage/shop. ?
Better get your electrical and plumbing perfect. That’s an old work nightmare. ?

Whats geothermal its some kind of heat absorbtion under the ground and converting it to energy?
Underground stays a pretty consistent temperature year round. You take the heat in the winter and the cooling in the summer.

I've heard of geothermal before but don't know much about it. It's something that's not talked about here in the south, maby it's something used in colder climates, interesting subject, wonder about energy savings.
