Body, wheels, pretty sure no handbrake, and the diff gear setups. (easy fix, just switch the diffs and they will be the same ratio allowing you to run the same tires front and back).

Is thats a Max 6? I use a Max 5 with the ESC plate on top of the center diff.

Yep, max6 with 5687 motor plenty of power for the drift king..

I still don't know what the stop speed is on mine. The fastest I've gone so far is 85mph before I ran out of room in a big parking lot.
