Anyone know who makes the best upgraded gearbox case set for the outcast 6s ?
Like titanium wud be awesome or anyone who would make me one? Lol or ate the hot raceing ones any better?
It literally broke screwing a screw into into it and it was brand new
So annoying
Also are upgrading to stainless steel screws a good idea? The stock ones always strip on me even tho I'm using actual hex drivers
Also is the aluminum bumper any good or stay stock or exb bumper?

Vitavon, hot racing, scorched, and a few others make aluminum bulkheads. I run cheap ones from Ali Express and have been happy with them.

No you should not do stainless steel screws. They would be significantly softer/weaker than the stock 12.9 grade screws.

Aluminum bumpers are not a good idea. You want flex.

Scorched makes bulkheads?

Stock screws are 12.9 grade hardened steel. Even the best grades of stainless steel has about half the tensile strength of 12.9 however hardly any of the stainless steal screw kits even come close to being the highest grade. So if you are bending or stripping out the stock screws stainless steel is going to be significantly worse. Literally the only benefit stainless steel has over the stock hardware is that it won't rust.

Best bumper for the Outcast is the Outcast EXB bumper with a @3d-rc.myshopify.com bumper spring.

You will also need
  • 4 M3x16mm button head screws.
  • 2 M3x20mm socket cap head screws.
  • 2 M3x12mm counter sunk screws.
  • 2 M3x16mm counter sunk screws.
  • 3 M4x16mm counter sunk screws.
