Arrma RC's
  1. Typhon 3s
So before I get told off for starting to many threads , I thought I’d do it all here . My little typhon 3s , brought last November has been 2s, 3s ,4s ,5s and 6s . Been granite , typhon and kraton widths . Used standard , 2.8’s and 3.8’s . Yet she keeps on going . So to this little cars current status . Max8 , arrma 2400kv motor on standard 4s slipper / gearing . Today’s battery , an old 5000c 6s 50c pack from my heli days , weighs a bit . But 6 x 15min blasts today only see’s a bust front bumper and a bent shock . Lots of full throttle action too . What a car

Those are a bit longer than the stock shocks or the Typhon 6S shocks. 110mmF/132mmR for the ZD vs 104mmF/117mmR for the Typhon 6S.

Never hurts to try. Give an update on how they are. I’m in the market for shocks. Tired of waiting on Jenny’s
Hello there , Will do ?? Hopefully they’ll not be to long in the post

Hello there , I’ll bung-em on and see how it goes fella ???

So my road tyres n wheels turned up today , fastrax in brand , they lasted all of 10 seconds before 3 became unglued . So have reglued all 4 and guess what , it’s pouring down , I did go out but it’s not nice at all out there . But I have noticed these are fairly soft and grippy . A better report soon as weather clears or one night when it’s nicer out . Ignore the cardboard glued to the wheels ?

Ok , so I couldn’t wait , and in the dark cos the street lights are rubbish , she spun n spun n spun . There’s a piece of repaired tarmac about 6ft long outside mine . They worked on that ?? Will try again once it’s dry

Yessssss , my new battery is here and it’s dry too , so tonight this BRILLIANT little car has been 4s , 5s and 6s . It’s been flat out up n down my little road , unfortunately by the time the 6s batt was charged , it was dark and people’s had parked up n down the street, so I smashed 4 wheels as I bounced off the curbs . GRP’s on order for bigger 6s areas , 4/5s on my street was bloody amazing
