Clicking could be one of alot of different components. Take off various components until you can try to isolate the clicking:
-remove the power module and roll only the rear wheels on the ground to check for clicking in the rear section.
-then roll just the front wheels on the ground to see for clicking.
-spin the power module by hand or with power/battery connected (careful not to get your finger), and check for clicking
-open the power module and inspect the gears and bearings.
-take off the motor and spin the shaft/pinion to check for smooth operation or noise.
-Some diff issues don't really make much noise until you hit the power. The next step would be to open the diffs and inspect gears. They should look good and run smoothly.
-You could also take off the wheels, disassemble the wheel hubs and inspect for damage to the CVDs.

If everything looks good, i would just keep running it personally. No sense pulling your hair out to find the cause of a click. The problem will eventually be figured out when either the part breaks or the sound goes away.

I had a notorious 6s that clicked. It had the slightest chip out of two differential teeth that was almost hard to see. Inspect all teeth very closely.
