Run battery dead, but charger says full

So how come I run my battery dead and charge it and it say full and it's a 7400 mAh I do have low voltage on IDK

Do you have a separate voltage meter? If you do check to make sure that all of the cells are roughly the same. Also are you planning on running the battery because if not you should never leave a lipo fully charged.

Do a discharge cycle then do a balance charge and see what it charges to. Depending on the esc the lvc can be set high or low also voltage sag depending on load can be different from one pack to the next causing lvc to cut on.

Okay think I figured it out I do have lipo low voltage on and when I run it dead it does charge all the way to 6500 so u think that low voltage is why that extra thousand doesn't show up
