You guys ever do something stupid like strip out a screw hole in a $5 plastic part and use that as an excuse to spend $50 on something shiny?

The quality is awesome, the only flaw I found is some chatter marks on one of the decorative chamfers, but it really doesn’t matter.

Aluminum has its place, and I’ve broken enough axle carriers on a lot of rigs that I usually do this upgrade. I prefer the A-arm to be the weak link, and usually carry spares for field repairs.

How’s the drivetrain holding up?

I’ve barely been able to run it due to abysmal weather, but the few times I’ve run it, it’s held up fine, although I keep in the back of my mind the diff will likely explode, every time I take off from a dead stop.
