That’s exactly what’s in my Maxx and I run it on 4S. It’s a big improvement. The motor has more torque and eases into the throttle better. Power always on tap, unlike the stock motor that feels like you have to wring it out. Plus the ESC actually has editable settings, which is nice.

The motor bolts right in. You have to get creative for ESC mounting since the holes don’t line up, but it fits fine dimensionally. I’ll try to take a pic later.
